Recurring billing
The Community Membership bills $20 per month and the VIP Membership bills $79 per month. Both renew automatically on the same date each cycle until canceled.
You will receive a renewal reminder before each charge.
Cancellation
You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
When the period ends, Discord roles and member channel access are removed automatically.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, we notify you by email and SMS and retry the charge over several days. Member access is restricted during that window.
Once payment succeeds, access is restored automatically. If the retry period elapses, the subscription is canceled.
Upgrades
Upgrading between tiers takes effect immediately and is prorated for the remainder of your current cycle.
